1. Pack Everything From Your Order Within 90 Days

Return all the items from your order — including ALL free bottles and gifts you received as part of a promotion, bundle or offer. The 100% refund only applies when everything comes back. Empty or part-used bottles are fine, and any secure packaging works. There's no need to contact us first.

2. Include a Note With Your Details

Put a note inside the parcel with your order number, your name and the email address you ordered with, so we can match the return to your order. A short reason is welcome but never required.

3. Address the Parcel to Our Returns Department

Write this address clearly on the outside of the parcel: CallNature – Returns Dept, 8 Nethercote, Newton Burgoland, Leicestershire, LE67 2ST, United Kingdom

4. Mail It From Your Local Post Office

The cheapest way is standard airmail from your local post office — USPS in the US (First-Class Package International is usually the cheapest option), Canada Post, Australia Post and so on — or ordinary Royal Mail post within the UK. You are responsible for return shipping.

5. Outside the UK? Mark the Customs Form “Returned Goods”

When you mail from outside the UK, the post office will ask you to fill in a customs form (customs declaration). You MUST mark it as returned goods: choose or tick “Returned Goods” as the type of contents, and write “Returned Goods” in the description of contents. This stops the parcel being held or charged as a new import when it reaches the UK. Mailing from within the UK? No customs form is needed.

6. Get a Receipt — Your Proof of Mailing

You MUST ask the post office for a receipt when you mail your return. This is your proof of mailing (called proof of postage in the UK). Keep it until your refund arrives.

Important: If you can't provide proof of mailing, we are not responsible for a return parcel that is lost in the mail and cannot offer any compensation.

7. 100% Refund — Including All Original Shipping Fees

Once your return arrives, you'll receive a 100% refund, including all original shipping fees, within 3 business days to your original payment method. You'll get a confirmation email when it's processed. The only cost to you is return shipping.
