I found this product online several years ago my dentist told me I was headed toward gum disease so I started researching. The reviews were so good I decided to give it a go. Next visit my dentist said “ I don’t know what you’re doing but whatever it is keep it up.”
When I ran out I reordered and then somehow fell off the wagon at some point. I just received the same news from my dentist visit about my gums. I will never stop using this amazing ( natural) product again. So thankful for it!

This review is about the customer service, not the product. To give Dental Pro 7 a fair shot, I ordered 3 bottles. However, when the package arrived, it only contained 2 bottles. When I contacted the customer service support, the representative wanted me somehow to prove that the package had been previously opened when it cleared customs. How do I know??!! All that I was asking was that the company send me the third bottle for which I paid. I’m still waiting ….
As for the product, I want to give it a fair chance before passing judgment. However, I’m not pleased that the liquid comes out pretty quickly when you turn it over … which is not cost-effective since each bottle is quite small.

I’m very sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us and didn’t receive all the bottles you ordered, my apologies for the confusion.
Regarding the points you raised, please read the answers below to your questions/problems:
1) If customs had opened your package, they will put a large colorful sticker on it stating they have done so, your packaging will also be damaged from them opening it and resealing it, this will be quite evident if this is the case.
2) So sorry for the confusion but you don’t have to prove that the package was opened, only to show us photo evidence of what you have received and if it was damaged in transit, we ask for this because if the courier is at fault, we will put in a compensation claim and send you your missing item(s), if it’s a warehouse packing fault, we will forward the photo’s onto them, they will investigate what went wrong and of course resend you any missing item(s) you are owed (This is a standard practice with any website that sells physical items or goods).
3) Regarding the dispensing of liquid, please just hold your bottle and toothbrush up to eye level, turn the bottle upside down and then slowly start to slowly tilt the bottle horizontally when your 2nd or 3rd drop comes out, after the 4th drop is dispensed, your bottle is now fully horizontal and you will get no wastage whatsoever.
We had to redesign the bottles this way as when we had pipette “eye droppers” the bottle was really easy to knock over and customers would lose their entire contents in a few seconds.
When we used to have ‘slow flow’ dripper caps, our customers didn’t like the extra wait for the drops to dispense so we had to increase the flow rate.
Once again, so sorry for the confusion caused, please reply to our last message with the photos of exactly what you received and we’ll get this sorted out for you right away (as we didn’t receive a reply to the last email we sent to you), thank you

Been using this for just over 2 years now, while it hasn’t completely cured me, ive seen a dramatic improvement in my gums, even my dentist asked me what i had been doing differently as my pocket numbers and inflammation scores have all dropped by over half.
He is now saying i can maintain them without surgery which is a huge relief, i would never go back to regular toothpaste

I’ve been using the Call Nature product for a few years now and I’ve never been disappointed. Even though I floss and brush every day there have been occasions when my gums needed an extra bit of help. I heard about call nature and decided to try it and it really helped. This stuff is great! Have been using it for a while. Last year I ran out and figured I use a regular toothpaste for a while just to test it and at my next cleaning/checkup my gums/teeth were so bad that I was told I will have to come in every 3 months in the hopes to prevent periodontal surgery.
So I ordered more of this stuff and went back to using it and 3 months later at my next checkup, I was told that I do not need to come in every 3 months anymore and can resume twice a year checkups 😃

it has helped keep my gums healthy after I got a scaling and root planing treatment. It’s been 3 years since the treatment, and my pocket measurements have either gone lower, or remained stable, at each visit to the dentist.
Every time, my dentist just tells me “keep doing what you’re doing”.
The product also helps to keep my mouth moist at night, which is more than I can say about a certain well-known toothpaste that was specifically designed for dry mouth.
